I gave Sidney the job of putting plastic-and-felt-thingys on our chairs to protect our floors.
He got right to work, but he soon attracted the attention of two little urchins who wanted to help.
Sidney immediately found a way to include the girls. While he nailed in the plastic sliders, they held the felt pads. When he was ready, the girls stuck the pads on.
It was neat to “be on the fringes” watching as they organized and worked together.
