This is VBS week, always a busy week for us. At our church, the young people ages 12 and up actually do most of the work of VBS — skits, music, presentations and teaching the younger children. So Sidney and Lincoln have to be at church early for practice, and we are home late every night. It is great fun but also exhausting.
So the kids get to sleep in during VBS week. The relaxed mornings at home put Sidney in the mood to make waffes.
Which he threatened to eat all by himself.
